2010-10-25: C-FUYW, Diamond DA 20 C1, was instructed to line up for Runway 29 and told that it would be number two for departure behind a King Air (C-FLTC) on Runway 29. C-FLTC departed and C-FUYW departed without clearance and executed an unauthorized right turn out.
