Summary

2010-10-12: The Moncton Area Control Centre (ACC) instructed WJA568, Boeing 737 7CT, enroute from Hamilton (CYHM) to Moncton (CYQM), not to descend below 3,000 ft. until advised by the tower. WJA568 was then instructed to contact the tower. WJA568 descended below 3,000 before making radio contact with the tower. There was no impact on operations.
