Incident at WABUSH NL (CYWK) (Communication navigation surveillance/air traffic system)

Summary

2010-10-04: PSC436, Beech 100, enroute from Baie-Comeau (CYBC) to Wabush (CYWK), contacted the Wabush Flight Service Station (FSS) for a landing advisory. During the advisory, the FSS understood that PSC436 was cancelling IFR when in fact he wasn't. The Montréal Area Control Centre (ACC) subsequently cleared AIE525 for the approach.
