Summary

2010-09-29: EV7645, Beech 1900D, enroute from Goose Bay (CYYR) to Wabush (CYWK), reported level at 6,200 ft. when the aircraft had been cleared to 16,000 ft. by the previous sector. EV7645 was immediately cleared to 7,000 feet due to the presence of SJ353, Piper PA31, in the opposite direction at 6,000 ft. that had already been cleared for the approach to Wabush.
