Incident at ST. JOHN'S INTL NL (CYYT) (Public complaint)
Summary
2010-09-03: St. John?s Tower (CYYT) received a call from RNC regarding a report by a concerned citizen that a floatplane had crashed in the Robin Hood Bay area (3-4 miles east of St John's). All agencies notified. Rescue 908 dispatched from Gander did extensive search and found no evidence of crash. Returned to Gander approximately 1715Z.
