Incident at ST. JOHN'S INTL NL (CYYT) (Incursion - runway - aircraft)
Summary
2010-08-26: SPR907 SF34 departing St. John?s (CYYT) for St. Anthony (CYAY) was given taxi instructions "Taxi via Charlie, hold short Runway 02". ACA193 E190 departing St. John?s (CYYT) for Ottawa (CYOW) was taxiing via Golf, 16, 02, hold short runway 29. SPR907 was observed taxiing across hold short line in Charlie and still moving toward the 16/02 intersection. ACA193 was taxiing through Golf at the time and was expected to turn right toward SPR907. SPR907 was instructed to stop. ACA193 did not comply with taxi instructions and turned left on Runway 34 avoiding the confliction. Nil TSB
