Summary
2010-08-20: The Wabush Flight Service Station (FSS) received a broadcast on the Mandatory Frequency (MF) 122.0. The FSS requested the identification of the aircraft broadcasting on 122.0 but received no response. The aircraft broadcast again on 122.0. FSS spotted the aircraft approximately one mile north of the airport turning final for Wabush (CCX5) at 16:39Z. The FSS confirmed the identification and arrival of the aircraft at CCX5 through the floatplane base operator at 16:42Z.
