Summary
2010-08-17: An unidentified helicopter was detected operating within the Moncton (CYQM) control zone between 12:35Z and 12:45Z with no Air Traffic Control (ATC) contact. The helicopter crossed the approach of Runway 24 on three occasions at a height between 700 and 1500 ft. There was no impact on operations.
