Incident at Gander Oceanic (ATS operating irregularity)
Summary
2010-08-13: The Gander Area Control Centre (ACC) controller issued an oceanic clearance to AIC102, Boeing 777-200, enroute from New York (KJFK) to New Delhi (VIDP) with a different coordinate at 20W than the flight plan routing. The aircraft read back routing as issued and the controller did not recognize the incorrect position.
