2010-08-11: DAL84, Boeing 767-300, enroute from New York (KJFK) to Cairo (HECA), was operating on NAT Z at 34,000 ft. when it declared a medical emergency 15 minutes prior to 49N040W and requested clearance to divert to St. John's (CYYT). The aircraft was cleared as requested but at 05:25Z, the aircraft cancelled the medical emergency and continued to the original destination. There was no traffic.
