Incident at enroute from Saint John (CYSJ) to Toronto (CYYZ) (Communication navigation surveillance/air traffic system)
Summary
2010-08-06: WJA339, Boeing 737 7CT, enroute from Saint John (CYSJ) to Toronto (CYYZ) was climbing out of Saint John, northwest bound and cleared to 28,000 ft. and was handed off to the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Centre. Control transferred at the boundary. The Moncton Area Control Centre high-level controller observed that the flight climbed above 28,000 ft. in Moncton airspace without the proper coordination. The Moncton controller queried Boston about the flight and Boston reported that the aircraft was climbing to 33,000 ft.
