Summary

2010-08-03: RCH859, C5, enroute from Ramstein (ETAR) to Westover Air Force Base (KCEF), routing 46/50 TUSKY, declared an emergency at 02:07Z approximately 30 nautical miles prior to the Moncton Boundary (position 4529/5539) with one engine shut down. The aircraft requested and received clearance to descend from 36,000 ft. to 29,000 ft. The aircraft requested and was cleared direct to destination. Moncton was advised of the situation and aircraft control was transferred to Moncton.
