Incident at GREATER MONCTON ROMEO LEBLANC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Summary
2010-07-22: C-FJWV, Diamond DA 20 C1, was issued a take off clearance for Runway 24 with a right turn out. The aircraft turned left and was told by the controller to remain south of the Runway 29 approach, as there was a commercial aircraft on a two-mile final approach. The aircraft then turned left and crossed over the path of the commercial aircraft now on short final for Runway 29. There was 1,000 feet of vertical separation at the time.
