2010-07-22: C-GVDI, Cessna TU206G, arrived in Saint John (CYSJ) on a trans-border flight from Old Town (KOLD) without an active flight plan. When queried the pilot stated that one had been filed but not opened. The Halifax Flight Information Centre (FIC) reported that there was no flight plan on file. There was no operational impact.
