Accident at POKEMOUCHE NB (CDA4)
Summary
2010-08-16: UPDATE TSB: A10A0080: The C-172 aircraft, was parked on the apron with two passengers. The pilot rotated the propeller to prelube the engine. The engine started causing the aircraft to roll forward hitting a building causing substantial damage to the aircraft and some damage to the building. It is unknown if the brakes were set. One passenger received minor injuries
2010-07-21: A Canadian Registered Cessna 172D was parked on the apron in Pokemouche (CDA4) when it moved forward unexpectedly as the pilot attempted to turn a cylinder. This movement resulted in the aircraft hitting a building. There was some damage to the aircraft resulting in an oil leak and damage to an antenna on the building. There were no injuries. TSB Case Closed.
