Summary
2010-07-19: BAW189, Boeing 777-200, enroute from London (EGLL) to Newark (KEWR), reported an ELT signal, strength 5 at position 5329N/5844W (approximately 27 miles west of VALIE intersection). The signal was constant from 20:01Z to 20:04Z, then intermittent for one minute until lost. Several aircraft 5 - 10 minutes behind this aircraft heard no signal.
