Summary

2010-07-08: VAL791, Beech 100, enroute from Moncton (CYQM) to Montreal (CYUL), departed from Moncton at 23:49Z on an IFR flight plan. Approximately 25 miles west of Moncton, the pilot advised that he had a minor problem and requested clearance back to Moncton. No emergency was declared and the aircraft landed at 00:09. The pilot later advised that the problem was with the air conditioning and there was also a fuel indication problem.
