Incident at GREATER MONCTON ROMEO LEBLANC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Summary

2010-07-05: C-FJXE, Diamond DA 20 C1, was cleared for a touch-and-go maneuver on Runway 24. At approximately 1/2 mile final, C-FJXE was instructed execute a missed approach. WJA 480 was then instructed to vacate Runway 29, backtrack on Runway 24 and exit in taxiway ECHO. C-FJXE was then observed to still be on approach for Runway 24 and was instructed to pull up and go around two more times before the aircraft executed the go around, on short final.
