2010-06-28: Two AJET aircraft were cleared to 23,000 ft. by the Halifax Terminal Control Unit (TCU) and received a correct read back. The aircraft checked in with the DG controller and advised that they were climbing to 28,000 ft. (flight planned altitude). There was no impact on operations.
