Summary

2010-06-25: N999VK, CL600, enroute from Teterboro (KTEB) to St. John?s (CYYT), was cleared to land on Runway 29. The controller issued instructions to C-GTDE, Learjet 35, enroute from St. John?s to Santa Maria to taxi into Taxiway "Bravo" to hold short of all runways. The pilot read back "Onto the runway in Bravo". C-GTDE lined up for Runway 29. N999VK pulled up at one mile final. TSB Case Closed.
2010-07-06: UPDATE TSB: A10A0072: The VKRM Aviation owned Canadair Challenger 604 (registration N999VK) was inbound from Teterboro, New Jersey at 2100 NDT and was cleared to land runway 29 at St John's, NL. The Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. Learjet 35 (registration C-GTDE) departing for Santa Maria, Azores, was issued instruction to taxi into "Bravo" and to hold short all runways. The Learjet taxied onto and lined up on runway 29. The Canadair Challenger was one mile final and conducted an overshoot.
