Summary
2010-06-21: CME602, Beech 1900C, enroute from St. John?s (CYYT) to Gander (CYQX), was instructed to cross Runway 34. The aircraft lined up for departure on Runway 34 instead. EV7624, Beech 1900D, enroute from Gander to St. John?s was on final approach and was instructed to execute a missed approach. No other aircraft were affected. TSB Case Closed.
2010-07-06: UPDATE TSB: A10A0068: CME602, a Prince Edward Air Ltd Beech 1900C (Registration C-FKAX) departing St John's for Gander at 1635 NDT was instructed to cross runway 34 but lined up for departure Runway 34 instead. EV7624, an Exploits Valley Air Service Beech 1900D (Registration C-GAAT) arriving in St John's from Gander was on final and was instructed to execute a missed approach.
