Incident at ST. JOHN'S INTL NL (CYYT)
Summary
2010-06-14: ACA868, Boeing 767 35H, enroute from Toronto (CYYZ) to London (EGLL), in the vicinity of St. Anthony (CYAY), reported an injured flight attendant with possible broken leg and requested clearance direct to St. John?s (CYYT). The aircraft was cleared as requested and landed at 15:54Z. TSB Case Closed.
2010-06-22: UPDATE TSB: A10A0064: The Air Canada 767-300, (ACA868, registration C-GHLK), enroute from Toronto to Heathrow diverted to St John's, NL because of an injury to a cabin crew member. A trolley had fallen against the leg of the cabin crew member. There was no turbulence. The flight landed at time 1554 UTC and the crew member disembarked. The flight then continued to destination.
