Incident at CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)


2010-06-14: An American registered Cessna C180, enroute from Hampton (K7B3) to Charlottetown (CYYG), reported a loss of power on final for Runway 03 at 14:31Z. The aircraft then regained power and continued the approach to land on Runway 03 at 14:32Z. The aircraft was unable to taxi after landing and it was pushed off to side on the grass. Runway 03 was closed due to the proximity of the disabled aircraft. The aircraft was towed clear of the runway at 15:05Z. One departure was delayed 10 minutes. Nil TSB.
