Summary
2010-06-01: The Halifax Flight Information Centre (FIC) received a VFR arrival report from the Fredericton (CYFC) tower at 19:23Z. The FIC did not have an active flight plan for this flight. This flight arrived in Canada without an active flight plan. Subsequently at 19:43Z, the Quebec FIC relayed a message from the pilot requesting his flight plan be closed.
