Incident at BRADD Intersection

Summary

2010-05-25: BOS004, Boeing 757-200, enroute from Newark (KEWR) to Paris (LFPO), requested clearance to climb to 37,000 ft and was told to stand by. The aircraft then climbed to 37,000 ft. without clearance. The flight crew was advised of the error and then given clearance to maintain F/37,000 ft. There was no other traffic in the vicinity.
