, Boeing 737-800, filed a flight plan route of Fredericton (CYFC)
, Saint John (CYSJ)
, to Halifax (CYHZ)
. Before departure the Area Control Centre (ACC) controller recognized that the route would penetrate the restricted airspace and issued a route over the Fredericton VOR V310 Halifax that would remain clear. The route was issued in full detail to the Flight Service Station (FSS) that read it back correctly and then relayed and obtained a correct read-back from the pilot. The flight was radar identified leaving 4,900 feet on departure in the right turn off of Runway 27 and appeared to be tracking to the VOR. The flight overflew the VOR and then continued on a track south into CYR724
. The controller issued a vector while the flight was still 1.5 miles north of CYR724
but the flight continued southbound and flew through the northeastern tip of the CYR724
for approximately 5.5 miles before exiting the area. Nil TSB.
