Incident at CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT
Summary
2010-05-10: C-GJNN, Cessna 172N, enroute from Bathurst (CZBF) to Charlottetown (CYYG), entered the control zone without prior contact with the Flight Service Station (FSS) (Mandatory Frequency ? MF). C-GJNN contacted the FSS two nautical miles north as JZA7677 was taking position. JZA7677 had the traffic on TCAS and departed safely. C-GJNN indicated that its radio had been on the wrong frequency. Nil TSB.
