Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ATS operating irregularity)
Summary
2010-04-27: The ground controller issued a taxi instruction to C-FUYV, Diamond DA 20 C1 to hold short of Runway 27 in Taxiway ALPHA. The pilot acknowledged that he was to line up on Runway 27. The controller did not notice the discrepancy in the read back. The airport controller observed the aircraft crossing the hold short line and instructed it to stop, due to traffic landing on Runway 27. Nil TSB.
