Summary

2010-04-22: C-FSXG, Beech C90A, enroute from Montreal (CYUL) to Fredericton (CYFC), landed on Runway 27 and was given clearance to turn 180-degrees and to hold short of Runway 15. This clearance was read-back by the pilot. Due to circuit traffic on Runway 33, C-FNIN departed from Runway 33, after which C-FSXG was observed rolling forward approximately 50 feet from the edge of Runway 15. C-FSXG was instructed to hold position and C-FNTK was instructed to execute a missed approach.
