2010-04-12: C-FSPF, Aerospatiale AS 350B2, arrived in St. Anthony (CYAY) from Deer Lake (CYDF) at 13:33Z. When flying local the helicopter contacted the Halifax Flight Information Centre (FIC) requesting weather and advised that it was operating on a company flight plan. The pilot was advised that any flight through the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) required an active flight plan on file with the FIC.
