Summary

2010-04-09: C-GNLA, Beech B300 Medivac, enroute from St. John?s (CYYT) to Gander (CYQX) on an ILS/DME approach to Runway 03 landed at 02:35Z. The Reduced Visibility Operations Plan (RVOP) was in effect. The RVR was at about 20 with lights setting 5, the prevailing visibility was 0 SM on the Metar weather report, and the tower observed a visibility 1/8 SM at this time. C-GNLA MEDIVAC was given taxi instructions from Runway 03, to Runway 31, Taxiway Echo to the apron.
