Summary

2010-04-06: When entering the Moncton Flight Information Region (FIR), the pilot of DAL177, Boeing 767-300, enroute from Dublin (EIDW) to Atlanta (KATL), advised of an altimeter problem and that the flight would not meet Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) requirements. The appropriate separation was maintained from other aircraft and the flight transited the airspace with minimal impact on Air Traffic Services (ATS) operations.
