Summary
2010-04-06: C-GHTO, Diamond DA 20 C1, issued a transponder code 7600 (No Radio) on final approach after being issued a touch and go clearance. The aircraft conducted a circuit and then landed full stop. There was no impact on operations. The aircraft radio was only able to receive transmissions.
2010-05-31: UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: The student pilot's headset was found to be faulty and was replaced.
