Incident at Approximately 4430N 042W
Summary
2010-04-21: UPDATE TSB: A10A0033: TSO554, a Transaero Airlines Boeing 747-400 en route from the Dominican Republic to Moscow, had been cleared to F330 as coordinated between Gander and New York FIC. It was later discovered that the aircraft was level at F320. There was no other affected traffic.
2010-03-29: TSO554, Boeing 747-400, enroute from Punta Cana (MDPC) to Moscow (UUDD), was coordinated between New York Oceanic and Gander Oceanic on a cleared route 38/50 43/45 47/40 52/30 56/20 BALIX NINEX at 33,000 ft. The aircraft progressed 43N 045W at 32,000 ft. instead of 33,000 ft. as was coordinated and approved by Gander Oceanic. There was no traffic. TSB case closed.
