Summary
2010-03-22: C-GIMM (Medivac), Sikorsky S76A, enroute from Sydney (CSY9) to Halifax (CHQE), departed at 01:36Z. At 01:38Z, the pilot reported a green laser directed at the aircraft. The crew believed it was intentional. It lasted for about 20 seconds during the climb out. TSB Case Closed.
2010-04-21: UPDATE TSB: A10A0029: The flight crew of C-GIMN, a Canadian Helicopters Sikorsky S76 departing the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Heliport for the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre Heliport, reported a green-colored laser being directed at the aircraft for approximately 20 seconds. There were no injuries reported and the flight continued without further incident.
