Incident at 65N 058W (ATS operating irregularity)
Summary
2010-03-15: COA87, Boeing 777-200, was enroute from Newark (KEWR) to Shanghai (ZSPD), The aircraft estimate was passed electronically to the Reykjavik Area Control Centre (ACC) on route PEPKI 65/58 70/56... at 35,000 ft. The flight level was subsequently revised to 33,000 ft. without coordination occurring resulting in COA87 entering Reykjavik airspace at an uncoordinated Flight Level. The aircraft was also information for Edmonton ACC and they were protecting 35,000 ft. instead of 33,000 ft as well. Nil TSB
