Summary

2010-03-04: Coronet East 034, Leg 1/7 Airspace reservation. Westbound tanker, KC-135R with approved Individual Flight Plans from this Point (IFPFP) at 27,000 ft. to return to RAF Mildenhall (EGUN), climbed to 31,000 ft. from the airspace reservation block altitude without clearance. There was no traffic. The aircraft descended to the flight level appropriate to the direction of flight.
