2010-03-02: KFA289, Boeing 727-200, enroute from St. John?s (CYYT) to Moncton (CYQM), was instructed to commence a missed approach due to Truck 86 reporting leaving FOD on the runway. The FOD (caster wheel) was removed and KFA 289 landed with out incident on the second approach. Nil TSB.
