Summary

2010-02-10: CME402. Piper PA31 350, enroute from Miramichi (CYCH) to Moncton (CYQM), while taxiing for departure experienced a flat tire in the taxiway, more than 200 ft. back from the runway. Nil TSB.
2010-02-12: UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: The flat tire was the result of a tube failure. The tire/tube was replaced with a serviceable wheel assembly and the aircraft was returned to service.
