2010-02-03: QTR051 (Qatar Airways) Boeing 777-300, enroute from Doha (OTBD) to Washington (KIAD), routing 63N040W at 15:22Z, 34,000 ft., estimating 62N050W at 15:54Z then rerouting 60N060W LOPVI at 15:43Z, advised that it was descending from 34,000 ft. to 32,000 ft. due to severe turbulence. The aircraft reported at 32,000 ft. at 15:45Z. At 15:49Z, Gander Oceanic issued clearance to immediately decent to 31,000 ft. due to traffic. Nil TSB.
