Summary

2010-01-25: C-GMFE, Diamond DA 20 C1, was cleared to position on Runway 29 and was told to hold. The aircraft read back the instruction (there was no departure clearance issued). JZA935 was issued taxi instructions to cross Runway 29 into Taxiway "C". C-GMFE departed from Runway 29 without a departure clearance being issued. Nil TSB.
