Summary

2010-01-18: C-FCAP, Cessna 172S, advised that it was using the active Runway 33, after the advisory. The Flight Service Station (FSS) observed C-FCAP departing Runway 15 while C-FSXA, Diamond DA 20 C1 was base to final for Runway 33. C-FSXA turned and extended left base past final. C-FCAP turned right.
