Summary

2010-01-27: UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: The operator has implemented a fleet tire change to a different brand to minimize the number of flat tire incidents. This aircraft had not had the tire change completed at the time of the incident.
2010-01-18: C-FZKH, Piper AP44 180, advised that it experienced a flat tire after landing on Runway 27. The aircraft was on the runway for one hour until maintenance was available to replace the tire. The aircraft was clear of the runway at 08:18Z. There was no impact since no other airplanes were flying in the area.
