Summary
2009-08-31: NAV CANADA staff at North Bay F.I.C. reported that a power bump resulted in the complete loss of the following systems: NARDS, MIDS, FWGS, MACS and NVCS. All (except for MIDS and the console clock) were back in service by 1301Z.
