Summary

2005-06-09: N1919C, a Cessna 170, was observed taxiing off of the runway at Whitecourt without the pilot's having established contact on the appropriate MF. After parking the aircraft, the pilot visited the FSS and apologized, advising he had tuned in the wrong frequency (123.2). There were no other aircraft in the zone at the time.
