Summary

2005-05-19: The Province of Manitoba Cessna Citaton 560 aircraft, registration C-GBNX was en route from Laredo, Texas to Winnipeg. During the descent into Winnipeg, the aircraft flew through some turbulence and the right engine (P & W JT15D5A) flamed out. The engine was re-started using the normal procedures and the aircraft landed without further incident. The operator advised that an inspection of the aircraft revealed no anomalies.
