Incident at WINNIPEG / ST. ANDREWS MB (CYAV)
2005-05-04: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the pilot had not fully released the park brake and the aircraft was not tracking straight on the ground (as if one tire was flat). The AMO made adjustments to the park brake system, and the aircraft was returned to service.
2005-05-02: The pilot of C-GRTG, a Piper Navajo, rejected his takeoff on Runway 36 at St. Andrews due to mechanical reasons. The pilot shut down on the runway to do a visual inspection of the landing gear. An airport staff vehicle was called out to assist. The pilot then taxied the aircraft back to the apron. Runway 36 was unavailable for 7 minutes. No other aircraft were delayed.
