Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)

Summary

2005-04-22: The Air Canada Airbus A320-211, C-GPWG, was operating as ACA122 from Calgary, AB to Toronto, ON. During the passenger boarding process, the aircraft was struck by a baggage loader on the #2 engine cowl causing an 18 inch gash near the intake. The aircraft was removed from service and the inlet cowl replaced.
