Summary

2005-04-06: BLS 7275, a Beech 99 was VFR inbound to Thompson from the southeast and joined right base for Runway 05 while CAV 7515, an IFR Saab 340, was joining straight-in for Runway 05 at 5 miles. CAV 7515 reported traffic in sight and circled in order to make space after being cut off. Published circuits for Runway 05 are left hand and BLS 7275 denied the request by FSS to fly overhead the field to join a left downwind and plan #2 for landing.
