Summary

2005-03-15: The Manitoba Government Air Services Cessna Citation, C-GBNX, was taxiing for takeoff on Taxiway C at Winnipeg, MB. The aircraft's brakes failed, the crew lost directional control, and the aircraft veered off the taxiway. The aircraft stopped on the snow-covered frozen ground with no damage. It was believed that the aircraft's anti-skid system malfunctioned.
